Enhancements and fixes to the catalog service:

• Expanded requirement group cloning across programs
• Enhanced course tags feature for "open to"

Enhancements and fixes for the class schedule service:

• Add new fields to bulk class download
• Update EMS processing to include 20211, 20212, 20213

Enhancements or the course inventory / proposal services:

• Implement consistent trash can icon 
• Remove unnecessary styling / formatting (red border on filters)

Enhancements to academic structure service:

• Allow class bulk operations for class updates 
• Move rooms, buildings to academic structure service 

Enhancements to all services:

• Enabled keyboard shortcuts:
  Press 'g' to bring up the shortcut menu. From the menu choose your destination and press the corresponding key to go directly to the module. Press 'g' again or click out to exit the shortcut menu."
