Enhancements and fixes to the catalog service:

• New Course tags feature 
• Add available in bulletin field to courses tab
• Fixes for cloning requirement groups and adding existing requirement groups

Fixes for the academic structure (administration) service:

• Close modal on creating/saving room
• Reset room list after updating room record
• Unrestricted date picker in academic calendar admin screen

Enhancements and fixes for the class schedule services:

• Summary for courses do not reflect variable credit hours on class records (short form)
• Add additional fields to class bulk download
