Starting with the Fall 2025 term, Student Registration Adjustment Requests (previously called "Post Add/Drop in SSOL) will be submitted, reviewed, and approved in Vergil.
What This Means:
Beginning Monday, September 15th, after the Change of Program period, students will be able to request schedule adjustments through a formal Registration workflow process within Vergil Registration and Enrollment. This process replaces the SSOL Post Add/Drop tool and will be integrated seamlessly into Vergil Registration.
Student requests may require various approvals by advisors and/or instructors as determined by their home Schools.
This new functionality is available to the following populations:
- All Undergraduate students.
- Most students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
- Students in the School of Professional Studies, the School of the Arts, the School of Social Work, and the Climate School.
The Registration Adjustment Period will include:
- Student Appeals to join courses with no wait lists whose rules they do not meet (e.g., prerequisite, class rules, and class is full).
- Add/Drop/Change Requests from students who need to adjust their schedule after the Change of Program Period.
Coming Soon (Spring 2026 Registration)
- Admin Petitions - changes initiated by student advisors after online registration is finished.
- Student Appeals to join waitlists, exceed credit load, request P/D/F election
