The 5 Proposal Workflows

Workflow 1 Diagram - Author Creates a Proposal and Submits it to Department Reviewer; Department Reviewer can send it back for edits or approve and send it to the school COI for approval. Once the school COI approves, the Course will be created or updated in the Inventory.
Workflow 2 Diagram - this is the same workflow as Workflow 1, but the proposal has multiple department owners. Each department has to review and approve the proposal before it will move on to the COI for approval.
Workflow 3 Diagram - this reflects the process when a proposal is owned by departments in more than one school. All of the departments must review before the proposal is sent to each of the schools' COIs for final approval.
Workflow 4 Diagram - the workflow for 4000-level Arts and Sciences owned proposals. These proposals must first be reviewed by the undergraduate department reviewer, then they are passed to the undergraduate COI. then they go on to graduate level review.
Workflow 5 Diagram - Arts and Sciences proposals that are 5000-level and above go directly to the graduate-level review and then onto GSAS COI approval.
