Stellic (https://columbia.stellic.com) is a degree audit tool used to clear undergraduate Columbia University students for graduation. Below you will find information related to reviewing student degree audits, creating audit exceptions, generating reports, and clearing majors, minors, and concentrations in preparation for degree conferral.

Arts and Sciences departments are responsible for reviewing and clearing undergraduate majors, minors, and concentrations for Columbia College and General Studies students.

General Studies Student Affairs/Advising performs the clearance process for GS students. The Office of the University Registrar has final clearance jurisdiction over Columbia College students. The Berick Center for Student Advising manages undergraduate SEAS student clearance, including the approval of A&S minors.
