Reviewing Proposals

A Proposal Reviewer reviews proposals and verifies that program requirements are met.

  • Has the ability to approve, deny, or send the Proposal back to the Author for edits. (e.g., Department head)
  • In some Departments, the same person may have the Author and Reviewer roles.
  • Course Management users with a Reviewer role will be notified via email when there is a Proposal ready for their review.

On the Proposal dashboard, Reviewers will see all of the Proposals pending Review along with the Author Name and Submitted dates. When Reviewing a Proposal, Reviewers have several options.
