The Office of the University Registrar and Columbia University Information Technology (CUIT) have partnered to develop Vergil, a next-generation Student Information System. This innovative platform will house student academic and personal records as well as student accounts that will enhance student, faculty, and staff experience at Columbia.
The project comprises a multi-phase approach:
- Course Management (March 2019)
- Online Student Records (October 2022-Administrators; March 2023-Students & Staff)
- Course Planner & Schedule (October 2023)
- Student Registration Tools (Coming soon…)
