Welcome to Vergil Registration and Enrollment. Your Guide to Simplified Wait List & Roster Management, Student Registration and Planning, and Admin Registration.

With the release of the Vergil Registration and Enrollment Engine in Spring 2025, Student Registration and Enrollment has transitioned from SSOL to Vergil. However, grading will remain in SSOL. 

What does this mean?

It means that beginning in in Fall 2025, Administrative Registration activities will take place in Vergil:

  • Registering Students to Classes via the Class Roster and Student Records pages
  • Managing Students on Wait Lists and adjusting Wait List Settings 
  • Reviewing and Resolving Registration Conflicts

To support this transition, we have created comprehensive help site pages containing answers to Frequently Asked Questions and detailed resources to ensure a seamless Registration and Planning experience.
